People Awards

Best Sales Representative – Any UK and ROI based sales representative who works for a manufacturer, wholesaler or distributor within the kitchen and/or bathroom industry

Best Customer Service – This Award is aimed specifically at ‘frontline’ staff – those people on the ground that deal with customers on site or on the telephone

Lifetime Achievement – This special award will recognise an individual or individuals who has/have served the kitchen and/or bathroom industry for more than 20 years and played a significant role in its success.
Nominees must meet the following criteria in order to be bestowed with this prestigious Award:

  • A clear commitment to working in KBB industry as a career.
  • Examples of going the extra ‘mile’ that results in outstanding performance.
  • Consistent application of good practice.
  • Excellence as a representative of the KBB industry to the customer/local community.
  • High level of respect amongst colleagues and peers.
  • Undertaking training in subjects and skills relevant and helpful to their role.
  • Active membership of professional bodies and initiatives (associations, professional institutions, charities, etc).

Bathroom Brand Awards

Entrants to each of these categories must manufacture relevant products available in the UK and ROI markets, which meet the industry standard for quality and safety

Best Shower Brand of the Year (all aspects of showering including enclosures, trays, shower heads etc.)

Best Sanitaryware Brand of the Year (baths, basins, WCs)

Best Tap Brand of the Year

Best Furniture Brand of the Year (cabinets, shelving)

Best Accessory Brand of the Year (mirrors, lighting, towel warming rails)

Kitchen Brand Awards

Entrants to each of these categories must manufacture relevant products available in the UK and ROI markets, which meet industry standard for quality and safety

Best Appliance Brand of the Year (ovens, ranges, filter hoods, hobs)

Best Overall Kitchen Brand of the Year (complete kitchen)

Best Work Surface Brand of the Year

Best Taps Brand of the Year (mixers, hot/boiling water)

Best Component Brand of the Year (doors, carcasses, hinges, soft closers)

Best Sink Brand of the Year

General Awards

Best Software/CAD Brand – Entrants must have designed relevant products available in the UK and ROI markets.

Best Heating Brand – Entrants must manufacture relevant products available in the UK and ROI markets, which meet industry standard for quality and safety

Best Distributor – Entrants may be a manufacturer, but they must distribute one or more brands from other manufacturers

Best Tiling Brand – Entrants must manufacture relevant products available in the UK and ROI markets, which meet industry standard for quality and safety
